Medtronic acquires Jolife

Medtronic, one of the world’s leading medical technology companies has acquired Jolife AB (publ).

Jolife AB is located in Lund and develops and manufactures the LUCAS® Chest Compression System, a medical device for cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR). Jolife’s vision is to save more lives and to increase the quality of life of sudden cardiac arrest victims.

Setterwalls advised the sellers, including InnKap, CapMan and LS MedCap, in the transaction. Setterwalls’ team was lead by Ola Grahn and also included Per Lidman and Marcus Winqvist.
