Kaba strengthens its market position in connection with the acquisitions of businesses in Sweden

Setterwalls has represented Kaba Holding AG, a company listed at Six Swiss Exchange, in the acquisition of the Norwegian based Møller Undall group including the Swedish company Aktiebolaget A.M. de Jong as well as businesses in Norway and Denmark. A price of NOK 262.5 million is being paid on a debt-free basis.

The Kaba Group is one of the world's leading players in the security industry with around 8,000 staff in more than 60 countries.

By the acquisition Kaba is significantly expanding its position as the second largest provider of locking systems in Scandinavia.
