Important decision in the Supreme Administrative Court

Setterwalls has assisted listed Navamedic ASA in the Supreme Administrative Court in a matter regarding substitution of pharmaceuticals. The Supreme Administrative Court declares that the lower courts have failed in their handling of the case and finds that the Medical Products Agency's original decision to declare Navamedic's product Glucomed® substitutable with Pfizer's product Artrox®. The matter has included an important issue on the placement of the burden of proof.
