Diligentia sells development rights in Västra Hamnen

Setterwalls has assisted Diligentia in its sale of five blocks of  housing development rights in the area Masthusen in Malmö, which answers to five of the company’s eighteen blocks in that area. Ikano Bostad buys four blocks and Hökerum Bygg buys one block. Masthusen will be the first environmentally certified urban environment in Scandinavia according to the international system Breeam Communities.
