Brinova acquires three properties from Bergendahl & Son Fastighets AB at a real-estate value of MSEK 175. The three properties have a total surface area of 19,690 square metres in Staffanstorp, Höganäs and Ytterby/Kungälv. The properties are used as retail stores and are leased in full to City Gross. Setterwalls represented Brinova through Jonas Frii and Jens Tufvesson.
