Västra Hamnen is growing with help from Setterwalls

The Bilen property in Västra Hamnen is one of Malmös largest, and has great potential. It is now under major development, and Diligentias mission is to create a living, inspiring city part with a mix of 700 attractive flats, 70 000 sq.m. of office space and 20 000 sq.m. of shopping, service and restaurants. The area will also contain recreational activities. A tall glass building with significant architecture gives the property a distinct profile and provides enough space for a hotel, office space and apartments.

The project starts in April 2010. The first office building will be ready in 2012 and in 2025 Diligentia hopes to have completed the transformation of the Bilen area into a dynamic and lively part of Västra Hamnen. With unlimited possibilities the new city part Bilen is looking forward to a bright and exciting future.
