Setterwalls in financing transactions

The Bodycote Group, with five Swedish subsidiaries which offer methods and processes for blasting, surface and heat treatment etc. to the manufacturing industry, has entered into new agreements concerning credit facilities. One facility amounts to up to GBP 125 million with HSBC Bank PLC and Lloyds TSB Bank PLC and the other facility amounts to USD 20 million with Wells Fargo HSBC Trade Bank.
