Setterwalls has acted in the investigation of a constitution issue

In an exhibit to the e-publicity committee’s recent report Public documents in electronic form – publicity and integrity (SOU 2010:4) an analysis has been made by Per Furberg, Setterwalls, of the effect of register statutes on electronic disclosure pursuant to the principle of publicity.
