Setterwalls has acted as legal advisor to Ramirent AB, the Swedish wholly-owned subsidiary of Ramirent Plc, in the acquisition of the rental equipment company Hyrmaskiner i Gävle AB, including its subsidiaries Hyrmaskiner i Mora AB and Hyrmaskiner i Falun AB, operating in Gävleborg and Dalarna under the brand Tidermans Hyrmaskiner.
